      Fun and energetic managers and partners to work with huge growth potential great salary with bonuses every six months, hard to beat comp at any other CPA firm in DFW got to work on a large variety of clients and some interesting consulting engagements have a lot of SEC clients Free firm trip every two years for you and your spouse great partner track for those that want a long term career in public accounting

      Cons

      It's public accounting so there can be some stress around deadlines High expectations You have to be self motivated and willing to work extra hours when needed to get projects down, but the hours aren't anything crazy like big 4

      Pros

      Work hard, play hard culture! Throughout my career I have always felt like I could trust the Partners. They are very approachable and have always done everything in their power to help when I needed it. The Partners are always very honest about how the firm is doing, even in times where the economy was not doing well. If I ever left, it would be for an industry position, because there is no better firm around.

      Cons

      We do have high expectations of work ethic and integrity, which some people may find intimidating. We are also very growth and business development focused, which is not for everyone.

      Really fun and great place to work. Everyone is super nice and helpful. Highly recommend !!

      None, they buy lunch every week - may be a con if you don’t like what was ordered.
