Pros

Great opportunities, growing firm. Management takes time to train and develop staff and seniors, while partners make focused time to groom managers as well as the staff. Many of the partners and managers have young families that understand the need of work/life balance and provide flexibility for work structure. Whitley Penn is a place where you can see your career blossom if you are willing to continually learn, have a great attitude, and improve.

Cons

The busy season is tough, but in terms of hours is much more manageable than other public accounting firms
