Pros

There are no pros to working here. Management does not do anything. They just push their work down to the senior and email them daily about getting it done while they leave early during busy season.

Cons

Extremely long hour that make the pay not worth it. Retail employees make more per hour. Managers make it tough for talent to stay, leading to high turnover.

Pros

Whitley Penn gives you a lot of independence to work productively and the culture of this company is amazing.

Cons

This is not even a con... Fridays are casual.

Pros

Great culture, good benefits, and progressive firm. Colleagues are awesome and very smart

Cons

Though the company has a great culture, some department leaders make it tough for talent to stay or wanting to learn - leading to high turnover. The intellectual growth starts stagnating as work becomes repetitive with the same procedures and no new skill is learned.
