Managers and partners are always available to answer questions when needed. Another pro is that you are able to learn a variety of things related to accounting.

Cons

This is definitely a high school setting. Managers and partners definitely confirm this by playing favorites . They are quick to give a bad review after you voice your opinions to them about how things are done.

It is really like a high school clique. If you are not in the popular group, just stay out. Partners and managers are very biased.
