      Opportunities for growth Knowledgeable Management Evolving culture

      Cons

      Health benefits are not very good. Too much turnover. Compensation is mediocre compared to level of experience. ELT is out of touch with the business. No change management policies in place. Excessive layoffs, almost annually.

      Good Products that work how they are supposed to.

      Cons

      No transparency (ex. they will dock pay without prior explanation or agreement terms with the employee), no job performance review, no accountability in upper management, and Very "top-heavy". Lots of turnover and reorganization occurring unbeknownst to the majority of the work base. Terrible commission structure.
