Pros

Zero pros. Worst management team in the industry.

Cons

People that should never get promoted with zero people skills are the people who do get promoted. Leadership wants idiots to control. The old VP of HR who now leads seed was controlling everyone and knows nothing about seed. There are cancers all throughout that company. If you try and leave they threaten you with a lawsuit or actually do sue you. They sued a whole bunch of people that left over the years. All frivolous lawsuits. It’s a sinking ship with bad management. They keep dropping down the croplife 100 for a reason. Stay away from this company if you value having a career.

Pros

Admirable core values for the company, such as accountability.

Cons

Core values are good on paper, but management does not uphold them. Management wants employees that simply follows orders. So is a great place to work for those that like to be told what to do and have no freedom of thought.
