Politics, politics, politics! If you didn't agree with everything you were an outsider. Women are not really respected as equals in the workplace in treatment or in pay .

Small company feel with the resources and stability of a huge company, great coworkers, working for an industry leader has its own advantages, very flexible schedules so long as you are not out in the field, competitive pay, chance to have a part in some exciting and ambitious plans for the future

Cons

There is a great deal of favoritism and established personalities have immense influence in maintaining the status quo, which is quite broken due to ineffective management and/or processes.

Not a good place for a woman to work at. The corporate office is full of males who will say anything to try and get a head in this family owned business. All the men have the same backgrounds and women are not respected there in this day and age.
