      Pros

      Was a great experience, and people really embraced everyone in the company culture. They try and show each employee reasons to be proud of what the company does, if it means trips to other branches or learning more about the company as a whole.

      Not much to state, simply have to be a motivated worker

      Pros

      Culture, benefits, pay, perks, supportive HR team and management. Great place to work.

      Cons

      The right pieces are not in the higher up positions. Agriculture is a changing industry and to be successful in my role I needs both knowledge and interest in the industry which I would never acquire either.

      Strong corporate culture that employees recognize and value. Business is strong and growing every year. Friendly people. You learn alot. Benefits are second none.

      Cons

      Leadership struggles with change. Doesn't mean they don't want it, but they struggle.
