Pros

Diversity and dynamic in responsibilities. The job was fun and dynamic in we were able to learn so much. Pay and benefits were reasonable.

Cons

Toxic and negative working environment all hidden under the guise of "joking around" Long-term employees don't like change or anyone who enjoys it, they are frightened by their own lack of upgrading. Management unable to hinder or improve situation as when opportunities arise and they are not around, mental and public abuse is rampant. Management unable to hold on to qualified staff because of internal strife and abuse / negativity / toxicity. Employees that remain are frightened into inactivity silence by bully employees. Some management lead by toxic examples and promoting abuse and "joking" environment when they visited from other divisions. There was no "real" respect between employees or they would not have treated each other minimally or so disrespectfully, instigating fear, reprisals and fear of reprisals.Even if you can just to work and do a good job, mistakes were a point of ridicule and torment, fostering fear of making a mistake which only promoted more mistakes.
