Good People, Determined, makes you feel like you are important. Some of the nicest people to work with yet.

Cons

Sometimes it is too large to get things done quick on small scale. Seems like sometimes you have to jump through a bunch of hoops.

Pros

It's a profitable, diversified company with some really good, experienced people. The work environment was professional, but we had fun too.

Cons

There are 3 distinct divisions and they don't all communicate well. The Project Management group was new and had too much turn over. They also had trouble managing projects.
