Pros

The people are generally very nice, great to work with. Cafeteria has good food. They really like to promote from within, and have started a good mentorship program. Good HR

Cons

Lots of downsizing, so there aren't as many jobs as there used to be. Even whole product lines are being cut as Wiley moves more into digital publishing.

Pros

Even in am entry-level position, I'm not micromanaged. I'm encouraged to try to take on new projects, lead meetings and exercise autonomy. Managers are responsive and supportive of new endeavors.

Cons

Things are tumultuous in publishing so there are a lot of changes on the horizon.
