Pros

Summer Fridays Nice colleagues 🤷🏼‍♀️

Cons

Sinking ship vibes over here in the Learning division. Aftermath of layoffs and cost savings in recent years means lots of outsourcing to India-based vendors. Those who remain can see the quality of the product plummeting—especially now that some authors are producing AI slop. Upper management view editorial and production as dispensable roles, it’s all about revenue, profit margins, and creating value for shareholders.
