Great culture, best support of employees anywhere, good pay (relatively speaking)

Cons

Market challenges, re-org, process changes. Constant change often results in more challenges. Changes often make things worse rather than better.

Pros

Everyone is nice. Flexible hours. PTO is very generous. Half-day Fridays in the summer. 401k match is acceptable (4.5%).

Cons

You will not be able to afford basic needs such as housing and medical care. 1% raises during years of 7% inflation are the norm. The vast majority of jobs are complete dead ends. There is almost no hope of moving up even if you are a stellar employee.

They're flexible work schedule. The people are friendly. They try to create a community

Cons

They do not like to promote their long term employees. They rather higher outside people to pay them market salary instead of paying their internal team market salary.
