Pros

Ability to work remotely, decent benefits and pay, and my job role itself is okay

Cons

The culture here is completely toxic - people openly scream/yell at one another on calls, there is no respect between colleagues, and leaders push their people to point fingers vs. working together to get things done. I've spoken to my leader but it's getting to a point where I'm starting to look for other positions at other companies.

Pros

Wiley is inclusive and innovative, allowing remote employment and offering a wide variety of initiatives that foster employee well-being.

Cons

Like most large institutions, Wiley still has a long way to go in the realm of equal pay and salary transparency. To their credit, they are actively working on it.

Pros

Work life balance is the best I've seen. Have an appointment? Get up and go just let your team know when you'll be back. Some of the smartest people I've worked with work here.

Cons

The dangle the bonus in front of you but never pay out. I'm supposed to get a 10% bonus based off my salary but last year k got a whopping 3% of that bonus
