      Pros

      Employ friendly company with great respect for every employee. Everyone can be as open and as critical as they want to be. Feedback is welcome in the company and actual measures are taken to improve.

      Cons

      The strategy and process are quite chaotic at the moment, change exists but at a very slow pace, salaries are average or below average, appraisal cycle is quite delayed - leaving employees waiting for too long. Unstructured for a while now

      Pros

      You have the opportunity to work with some of the smartest, most talented and all-around decent, caring people in scholarly research publishing, globally. You get to work for a company whose mission is to advance knowledge, learning and discovery. Career paths to grow. Benefits package is good.

      Cons

      With the change from print to digital publishing and the move toward Open Access over the past decade or more Wiley has had to restructure to adapt. With that comes some uncertainty and anxiety.
