      Room for improvement

      Pros

      It is a great place to start a career in the energy field, opportunity to assist in various projects, and work and contribute in business development ventures.

      Cons

      Too many changes in management, wage freeze, no performance evaluations. No clear direction of career growth. All the extra work you put in will not be recognized because it is expected. Too much emphasis on billable hours.

      Wfh plus you get a whole 15% stock purchase option!!!

      Cons

      It's run by tech bros who will gut you like a fish when your usefulness has run its course. DO NOT give these people notice when you quit. Call them at 5:00 pm on a Friday AFTER you been with the new gig for a full week. Just to be safe.

      Remote, co-workers were great, subcontractors were great

      Management is terrible Pay raises in five years were minimal, pay cuts given, no bonuses, changed from salary to hourly pay, vacation time was reduced
