      Decent place to work while you look for something better

      Pros

      They are flexible with schedule as long as you can get the work done.

      Cons

      A lot of office politics, playing the "he said/she said" game, don't seem to value the busy bee workers as they are "easily replaceable". Focuses too much on DEI, not enough on competency.

      Pros

      If you are a butt kisser or a yes man, you will go far in the company. Preferential treatment, bonuses above average raises, frequent promotions.

      Cons

      Hard work and performance is irrelevant. Merit has no place in the firm. Management plays games, pits employees against each other if they acknowledge you at all. Very vindictive work environment if you aren't 100% loyal.
