      Pros

      Good place to get really good with excel and other software. Does have health insurance.

      Cons

      - The pay is subpar for the amount of work. - The work is very niche. Definitely not representative of the financial services industry as a whole - They tend to hire people who don't know better, and then burn them out with an unrealistic workload. - The management is very cliquey - Lots of office politics, gossip, and backstabbing on all levels - Good luck and godspeed on using your 'unlimited' PTO - No opportunity for advancement, and it is very unclear what you would even need to do to advance here

      Cons

      One of the companies that offers unlimited vacation. Given the lack of work life balance it’s hard to take time off.
