Cons
I’ve worked for a few corporations before, but willdan is a nightmare! Lack of communication between internal teams (I was not allowed to speak to the engineer regarding my project). Company only cares about their investors and stocks, not their employees or their customers. They will layoff half the company just to see their stock go up 1 point. In the middle of a project, all of my team was laid off where I was left scrambling to pick up the pieces and keep the customer happy. Lastly, there is no direction and no focus! There is no goal other than “bring the company money.” Your own long term view will fall on deaf ears. If you’re a go getter and a strong individual, do not waste your time with this company. You’ve been warned.
