      The only reason I'm putting 5 stars and approvals is that my post will show up on top. If you do not want any Appreciation for the work you do, want to work for less pay and work Extra hours. then This is the best place to work for you.

      Cons

      - Poor Management -No pay raise (Junior developers might be earning more than you if they got hired recently) - okay benefits - Under pay - Expect you put extra hours - Not at all Appreciation - Management of the technology team is worse. - Management people are just big mouths they will promise you all but when it's time won't get it.
