      A lot of very intelligent people with a wealth of knowledge in the mechanical system space. “Unlimited PTO” In house design work

      Poor work life balance Can’t actually use PTO because there’s never any breaks between projects Micromanaging constantly

      Learned a lot about the energy efficiency world

      Cons

      put under a lot of stress to meet utility savings goals, all the way through Christmas/NYE. Little to no acknowledge of said hours put in above, expected to repeat as soon as January starts up, under the same pressure
