      -Your work benefits your communities -Work is contracted with Rocky Mountain Power -Mostly self-managed

      Cons

      -Little mentorship -Lack of team-feeling -Fail to communicate the open roles within company -Not selling something people need for their business to be successful, but a minor improvement to their curb-appeal and estimated annual savings regularly below $1,000.
