      Pros

      Good people in the firm and lots of independence. Company is growing which is reflected in the stock price.

      Cons

      Confusing lines of authority that impacts coordination across divisions in the firm. Stovepiped organization.

      laid back atmosphere, great colleagues, great office, good benefits and convenient location in NYC.

      Cons

      no room for advancement, not challenging enough. different teams working in one space can get a little overwhelming at times.

      Pros

      Aside from management, great people to work with. Most of the employees there are very helpful and get along pretty well with each other. Pay and benefits can be ok if you negotiate correctly.

      Cons

      Management does not pay much attention to the employees, which really seems to sink morale. They are also horrible communicators. Many people were hired last year and lost their jobs due to some major over confidence in sustaining contracts.
