Pros

They have good culture and the salary package was decent given the location in Oklahoma.

Cons

They have a program that encourages promotion based not on merit but on who you know, and they promote a lot on diversity quotas.

Pros

There are some great people, they pay a good salary, there are great benefits, the ability to move around the company is encouraged and helps you develop, less turbulent industry cycles in midstream

Cons

It’s still a boys club with an all-male leadership team, there of office politics and some “kingdoms” which leads to egos leading decisions instead of data, there’s not a large push for innovation or process improvement, instead a lot of people holding on to status quo

Pros

Benefits are good retirement investment opportunity. It is an all fair work place with lots of safety. Has a lot of job training and use workplace tools

Cons

Not in well populated areas. Mostly remote centers in traverse terrain. Areas are union and non union mixed together. Since conflict among corporate management and union operations
