      Pros

      Good consistent company. Mid and lower leaders seem to be on the same page. When faced with a tough situation, the company chooses the high road instead of the cheaper outcome.

      Cons

      Senior leaders sometimes seem confused. The company has an old school approach to reporting structure and management. Priorities through COVID were sometimes unclear.

      Laid back yet professional, positive vibe in office, opportunities to move and grow horizontally and laterally within the company, good benefits.

      Cons

      I think the cons tend to follow most large companies: risk adverse, bogged down in process, too many cooks in the kitchens, etc.
