Pros

Medical Insurance is good. Some employees actually have an ethical character while many don't.

Cons

Unethical characters exist everywhere within this company. One term that came to mind constantly while working at Williams is "Quid Pro Quo." Defined it is "Quid pro quo means an exchange of goods or services, where one transfer is contingent upon the other. "This of That" if you prefer. At Williams, it is the norm. I'll help you if you are my buddy/friend/Yes Person/Just agree with me no matter what type/ etc...A good ole boy environment exist at Williams that does nothing but create a Hostile Environment between those who ride the Quid pro quo roller coaster and those that don't. Often those who do ride the Quid pro quo environment, which dominates here, are very unethical if not approaching illegal characters without a moral compass. These are the people, given the same nature of upper management, that are promoted and glorified within the organization. Those who do have a moral compass guiding their character are often not of the Quid pro quo family at Williams and yet suffer the consequences accordingly. No promotions, lower salary increases, relegated to the same job for years even though they are some, if not most, of the harder working employees. This place is full of nothing but a hostile work environment because of the culture of "Quid pro quo." In sexual harassment cases this would be totally illegal, at Williams, its culture of Quid pro quo based upon employee relations is the norm and is actually fostered by upper management.

Pros

None. None. None. None. None. None. None. None.

Cons

Company does not care about safety at all. Nor, do they care about their employees unless you have been with the company for 10+ years and keep your mouth shut when you see things that need improvement or major changes.
