      Pros

      Best benefits package around, one of the few companies to still offer an actual pension.

      Cons

      No longer the Williams of old. Too Many mergers and outsiders coming in taking over and simply running the company into the ground. Too much infighting and power struggling going on. More and more the people in charge are incompetent and impossible to get along with, leaving the workforce with little incentive to work. In some situations you go around management's back to do what's right, but mostly the individual contributors just don't care anymore. Also IT has become such a monster that they think they are the business instead of a service to the business.

      Great place to work and great team work on my department. The benefit was good

      Cons

      No room to grow. Working with big companies hinder the growth opportunity as people tend to be on the position for long period.
