Pros

Williams is a great company to work for. They are on of the few large corporations who actually do care for their employees. From their 401 plan to their pension plan, they develop ways to obtain and retain good employees.

Cons

Sometimes upper management can seem out of touch with what is actually going on in the trenches. There is a lot of red tape when trying to establish a common practices. Also, being a oil and gas company, they are subject to the volatility of the market.
