      Pros

      Williams has had a good people first culture and is a generally collaborative work environment where the different groups and functions within the organization really try to work together to come up with the best solutions.

      Cons

      Current structure is complex and muddies the decision making process. The potential merger with Energy Transfer as well as the market downturn has stressed the organization and strained the positive culture. The organization as a whole also does not have good accountability methods, and tends to rely on high performers to pick up any slack that may be left by others.

      Great people. Allow you to do some interesting and different jobs.

      Cons

      Getting to upper management limited. Seems like their are "favorites" that get special treatment and consideration for opportunities.
