Management style from 1970ies - work harder, jump higher, run faster. Options for remote/hybrid work are actively discouraged and fought by executive leadership. Safety is just a label, commercial interests always supersede. Very limited career growth , individual growth is only for hand-selected male engineers. They fully expect 60-70h work weeks and ignore workforce feedback. Therefore, exploding turnover in professional roles and SMEs, nobody knows anything. D&I efforts feel forced and awkward, EOT is all white male, except HR.
