Pros

Great company and seems to be tight knit group in a good way. Smart and committed employees who give back to their communities with passion. Employees from recent acquisition seem very strong and bring different thought processes. Good compensation for the communities in which we operate. There are a lot of opportunities to work in different capacities throughout the company.

Cons

There is no diversity at senior level - NONE. Another con is that there are MANY senior managers with no experience over their subject matter. (Can we say Government structure?) That reduces respect for leaders. Lastly, there is too much myopic thinking because many have never worked for anyone other than Williams. There needs to be a healthy balance.

Pros

None. Working here has been a waste of time.

Cons

One of the worst places I have worked. Professional development does not exist. Support does jot exist. Number one rule - follow office politics. Inefficient use of employees and resources. Employees treated horribly and not trusted. Offices disorganized and technically "in the dark ages". Number two rule - trust no one.

Pros

1. Location: the location is accessible and convenient, either downtown or Galleria area. 2. The company supports actionable ways for career progression and skills development. 3. The workplace is dynamic and promotes creative solutions, which can be attractive for proactive individuals

Cons

In general, inconsistent workplace culture and questionable practices 1. Poor handling of harassing issues: workplace harrassment is inadequately addressed, and the retaliation policy appears ineffective in practice. 2. Lack of managerial accountability: Upper management seems inactive in addressing workplace concerns, undermining colleagues' trust. 3. The company claims to have a strong anti-retaliation policy; however, the policy does not seem effective in practice. Management build a case to terminate employment.
