      Pros

      Enjoy the employees who I get to work with and ability to make an impact across multiple teams. Business strategies are clear and make sense.

      Cons

      Company bogged down employees ability to complete work by using multiple systems to track work and EHS metrics. Continued feeling that we have to create and move on the next imitative before we have completed the currently enacted ones.

      Pros

      My fellow workers were great. Benefits weren't bad. Overtime was extremely plentiful. Don't make any plans with the family though.

      Cons

      Pay was below average. Training was inadequate. Management knew very little about running the plant, especially how to start the plant up after a shutdown. Safety was a joke. No upward mobility because uncle's, cousins, brother in law's and son in laws comprised the staff and they ran the plant completely.

      Traditional great company treating employees well

      Cons

      That has all changed and favorites are promoted over those who deserve it. Sr leadership and management highly flawed. They now dictate, often erroneously, rather than listen. Lack of caring and respect for employees now. Moral very low. Everybody out for themselves. Not longer team culture.
