The pay was good at first

Cons

Never home every night the communication is very poor. Management is very poor. Not treated fairly. Always points the finger at you when its not your fault of what had happened. I will not recommend to anyone.

Pros

You have the potential here to have a good career or get a great jump start in the transportation/logistics industry. If you are weak, crumble under pressure, or can't take constructive criticism then don't apply. This job will bring you new challenges everyday. I was very fortunate to be surrounded by a team of exceptional people who had my back. While tough at times, it turned out to be a valuable experience for me.

Cons

Its no secret that this industry can be stressful. Some days you will feel like its your team against the world. Just hang tough and get the job done.
