Cons

Sharing trucks! Bed bugs, yuck. Yes true story. Common accurence. Terrible management. Pretty bad dispatch. Call you day and night, products 10x more important than the employee

Warehouse product " shrinkage " is charged to drivers pay... missing items; loaded to wrong truck; customer call in; even spoiled groceries! You have to watch your check deductions closely to say the least...
