Good raises, and above average benefits.
Cons
Little training that lasts for a couple days then they let you go it alone. Management at the Lennox location is not professional and would rather be buddy buddy with the employees. Lots of favoritism. No safety or engineering management on site only drafters that don’t have a clue of what they’re doing. The 5S is a joke and if you have an issue with a blueprint your told to make it work.
