OK but get bored really fast

Flexible schedule. Work more hours of need in different departments

Cons

Super strict about calling off. If you called off 3 or 4 times in a year you will get fired regardless your reason medical , death in family , sick. There were no excuses there.

Employee owned company. Health benefits are very nice.

Cons

Salary cap becomes stale. You will only get a raise from there if you become a manager. Not everyone can become a manager.
