      Employee start-up/Incoming training of processes and test. Office/Assembly floor supplies easily obtained for work requirements. Machine Shop Growth. Overtime availability. Two Company play functions a year.

      Cons

      Nepotism. Tooling difficult to obtain for work requirements. Limited Gaging for quick verification of tight position and small step tolerances. Engineering staff availability. Ongoing training. Work flow equilibrium.

      The people at Winchester are great. Well lead company, with no hierarchal barriers and room for growth.

      Pros

      The senior management has worked hard to turn a failing company into a very successful by completing a good deal of M&A. The company's size allows it to appreciate/reward the hard work you do individually and work alongside senior management.

      Cons

      It is a very complicated industry for someone who is unfamiliar with mechanical, electrical products.
