      Pros

      A fair amount of latitude to make decisions. Casual atmosphere and friendly people. Many fun activities (pizza parties, pot lucks, breakfasts, games) giving a break from routine. Forward looking with technology (Google-centric and Salesforce Chatter) making interactions internally and between divisions easier.

      Cons

      Generally low pay. A very lean workforce, making each person wear many hats and therefore everyone is always very busy (makes it impossible to get all work done). Limited direction from above about inter-divisional interactions and "who does what".

      Pros

      If you come from a big company there is a great opportunity for theoretical implementation of new approaches, however not always welcomed by top management.. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Extremely casual culture, unclear company goals and little dissemination of the same, ever changing strategy; practical implementation of new methods not supported by the higher and middle management. Low career growth.
