      Relaxed work environment and decent work/life balance

      Terrible management that don't look into issues until the last minute, pay is not competitive nor are there any opportunities for an increase, very difficult to move up within the company and co-workers can be toxic depending on who you associate with

      Flexible working hours and basically no one care about you

      Cons

      Everyone here is blurry. No proper guidelines & SOP. Poor facilities. Limited opportunities to grow and no training provided to new comers (literally 0 chance to get promoted). Some of the department managers are incompetent and arrogant. Redundant workload and processes.
