      Pros

      The only thing I can think about is working again with EdgeCam Cam software, Everything else is a train wreck.

      Cons

      1. Co-workers – Workplace interactions have been a challenge. 2. Benefits – No designated sick days; only PTO is available for time off.. 3. Lack of Support – The manager does not back programmers’ decisions regarding processes. 4. Training Issues – Unlike most machine shops where training or shadowing is standard, this company lacks a structured learning process, especially for new Programmer. When training does happen, it seems to depend on cultural fit rather than need.
