Great Place to Work; Pay Could be Better

Pros

The people at the company are wonderful to work with. Most days are enjoyable due to how friendly the people are.

Cons

Management could be better. The company runs very lean and can lead to burnout and an overwhelming amount of tasks to do. The pay scale is disgustingly out dated and people are not fairly compensated for the amount of output they bring to the company.
