Windmill is not like most agencies. There is a value on work-life balance and a shared set of well-communicated guiding principles by which our team strives to live by in our work. We're also a very experienced team, and I've really appreciated being able to collaborate and learn from colleagues as I've developed in my career. And perhaps the best, there aren't weird agency politics here; we all row the boat in the same direction and come to work to do a great job daily!
Cons
Like all agency work, the work can be demanding at times, but again there is a lot of value placed on work-life balance so it's usually not an concern or long-term issue.
