The lack of support from upper management floors me, it’s almost like they have too much on their plates. If you have a concern to take up with upper management whether it be from you personally or your employees it often goes through one ear out the other. With that, employees are often left unhappy and making the turn over high. You’re expected to be a puppet master to your employees and be completely heartless. There is no such thing as work home life balance. Even with a full, reliable, staff, upper management expects you to eat sleep and breath Windsor until the day you die. Overall if you want a job that takes over your entire life this is the job for you, mentally I do not recommend
