      Pros

      40% discount on top of whatever sale they have. (Could get 90%) Employees are fun to work with Clothes and dresses are trendy

      Cons

      Management Associates get blamed for shrink, not enough sales and little things that they have no control over. If you “Red dot” which means you didn’t meet your sales goal for the month, you are just 2 more red dots away from being written up.

      40% discount Cool associates There’s not much going on for them other than that. It was mostly a waist of time.

      Management needs to act like management Rude attitude from management Conflict/drama Managers socializing when others are doing work Too much work for too little pay No resources Low incentive Tons of blame for shrink on the employees

      Pros

      40% discount was nice, occasional 50% during Extrava. It’s fun when a customer appreciates your help. The work can be really fun and making the customer happy is rewarding. The clothes are really cute, it’s fun dressing up for work.

      Cons

      Bad management, Management is rude and talks bad about associates to the other managers, barely ever heard anything positive about anyone. Sales associates do a lot with very little praise. Management delegates all the work onto their associates while they stand around and socialize. It’s okay for management to socialize but associates socialize for one minute during downtime when the store is nearly empty and everyone has been helped and they get in trouble. Nobody wants to be there and it shows.
