      honestly the discount WAS the best thing this company offered. but I am glad I made friends while I was there.

      The Drama. The Gossip. The shady behavior. you were treated so unfair. your "personal" business would be discussed to others. Customers even noticed how poorly we were treated. Everyone was lazy. loss prevention was ridiculous. store meetings were pointless and never went anywhere. no wonder why everyone left so quickly. and still are leaving. and we are also underpaid! we do so much and give so much of our time to get paid so little. It's very hard to have a life being an employee here as well.

      Non-professional company that does not pay what they are supposed to pay their ASM's. The start off pay is $12hr but at this location they started every ASM at $10hr. They are unorganized and do not obey the laws and rights regarding religion. They made me come to a meeting on Sunday morning when they were fully aware upon hire that I am a professed Christian and go to church every Sunday morning. By law they cannot do that.

      Managers are expected to be superheros. There is always 1 manager and 1 sales associate in the store at all times. Sales associates are very limited in what they are able to do. Many associates aren't even trained to use the register for weeks. That means the manager must be behind the counter ringing, watching the floor, checking in inventory, merchandising the floor, loss prevention all at once.
