Drama at every corner, forced to be involved in situation you wasn't involved in, upper management waits for things to happen before they listen to there employees, I just started working their and, I absolutely hate it, Everything is unprofessional, and the way upper management talks to there employees, it made me feel less than and confused for why I was being talked to like that. DM's pick favorites and never answer emails that they don't feel is important. If your about to get hired and real quick, its because they desperately need people, so they hire anyone, cause no one will work for there company. I blame it on upper management, and th owners of this company not figure out who the weak links are. DONT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO KEEP YOUR MENTAL HEALTH.

Great discount. Company has a nice family feel to it. Company carries a wide variety of styles to cater to everyone.

Cons

The company needs to invest more into employees. Payroll budgets are a joke and it's hard to keep employees when you can't pay them a livable wage.

The only thing I could say is a pro would be the 40% discount on clothing.

Cons

Won't work with employees schedules Expectations of sales way too high Want you to focus on doing everything at one time (LP, cashiering, monitoring the fitting rooms, getting shoes and helping guest build outfits) Not really any training Pay is horrible

Thank you for taking the time to write this review because it gives us the opportunity to take a look at areas in which we can make improvements. I apologize for your experience not meeting our expectation with your interaction with Corporate, but I will ensure that I personally address store visits with all departments to foster a more positive experience. Windsor does have an extensive training program that covers from the first day on the sales floor to Store Management so it appears somewhere the ball was dropped with your training. This is an area in which I can ensure there is consistency in the quality of training being done at store level. Again, thank you for your feedback.
