- Fashion is a fun industry but this fast fashion environment makes this fast pace work environment unique and a great place to challenge yourself. - Everyone I have encountered here is friendly and is an expert in their area. It's been a great place to build new relationships and be part of something special.

Cons

- Unlike working at a small to medium size company, you are assigned a specific area of focus so that you can be a true expert in your field. This limits the amount of interaction one has with other areas and disciplines. - The parking is limited or restricted if you stay late or arrive late. - Since the company has experienced strong growth this past year, there are lots of new roles, responsibilities, challenges and obstacles to overcome, which is expected when a company successfully grows. - Each director runs their department slightly different and there can be different processes per manager when working with other departments, conducting evaluations, and looking at promotion opportunities

Very un organized. One person manages a department for a multi company having. Stores all over the US. There is favoritism and racist company.

The pay was decent.

Cons

Honestly, this is the worst company I have ever worked for. The management at my store was very cliquish and did not respect the time of their employees. My job was a stylist and for every shift, I was cleaning out the fitting room and letting people into the dressing rooms.
