      Great place to work! They set you for success, great opportunities to move up in the company as well. Love it here

      Cons

      The only complaints is the company is not forgiving to those who have trouble getting to work on time. Im an understanding person and I don't believe in letting go good associates.

      This company has a Great Culture and is Family Oriented. Also offers very good discounts on merchandise to employees.

      Pros

      Windsor is a nice, cool, and classy business. I loved my former store manager, she was very nice and reasonable. The discount and access to the latest fashion was the best thing about the job. I would recommend this job to a high school student.

      Cons

      Windsor tends to micromanage which can be dreadful. Their expectations are unreasonable with tasking and selling at the same time. They require you to do a lot and the pay does not match. I left because of the pay.
