Although i have many pros about this company i also have an even amount of cons which ended up making me leave the company after many long hard weeks of considering this choice. To begin, PLEASE PAY SALES ASSOCIATES MORE. It was very difficult as a manager to recruit smart, outgoing, hardworking, coachable girls for $8.25 an hour. I've had amazing employees who we always end up losing to higher paying retail stores or even restaurants. I come from a very busy location and even places like McDonalds pay more at this point. Also, the LP issue... i understand LP is a huge thing in retail but holding management accountable was ridiculous. We became terrified of finding sensors and empty hangers, it takes away from what Windsor is actually about.
It was also very difficult with 2 people working the entire store while still expecting to complete so many boxes of shipments, or working on visual, or doing a floor move, all while providing excellent customer service to the MANY many customers we had. To get tasks done i felt like we either had to prioritize selling or tasking. but if we prioritize tasking, then sensors get found. if we do the opposite then nothing will ever get done. We were always told to balance both evenly but coming from someone who worked at the store day to day almost everyday. It was always extremely difficult and stressful.
