      Pros

      The 40% discount Your co-workers. The girls are so nice and friendly. Extrava which means you get 50% off certain items.

      Cons

      The pay!!!! We work so hard for the company everybody should be getting paid more. Sales associate only get minimum wage and assistant managers badically make that or a dollar more. As much as assistant managers do they should be getting paid way more especially since they do the same tasks co's and store managers do.

      I appreciate you taking the time to review your experience at Windsor so far. Although I am happy to hear that there are several things you do enjoy, I am concerned about the some of the cons you expressed. The good news is that most of those issues can be resolved. I recommend reaching out to your Store Manager and District Manager to address your specific concerns. In the interim I will have your store's schedule evaluated to ensure proper scheduling practices are being utilized. Again, thank you so much and we value all of your hard work. I know peak seasons can be a little overwhelming but I want to provide you with all of the support you need.
